Further Images from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Legislators
Development blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Also contained in this new photograph disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a key identifying different areas of the land.
In addition to this are what look to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as designs for marina coverings.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
